As real estate salespeople we can advise you on process, etc, but we cannot advise you on the legalities of some of the clauses in this agreement.

Stage 6 Tender

All sections released in stage 6 are for sale by way of tender.

Interested parties are able to place a tender for up to a maximum of three sections. 

You will also have the ability to prioritise your selection of sites i.e. 1st choice, 2nd choice, 3rd choice 

The tender process for stage 6 will close 3pm, Thursday 12th November 2020.
